One of the best hostels...

Liked: What a great hostel! I stayed in the female dorm room for 7 nights which is pretty long. The staff are super friendly and respectful, they definitely helped me out with a few logistic issues that I had, which I really appreciated. There is a hostel restaurant / bar, you'd think you could hear the noise in the rooms but nope! It's very sound proof. The location is perfect, everything in town is walkable and the bus stop to go to the nature is nearby.The breakfast is great, especially for a hostel. There are oats, oat milk, cows milk, some fruits, muffins, pancakes and toast. It is also possible to eat the breakfast in another common room so you can heat up the oats (and add cinnamon!).If I was returning to Banff on my own, I would definitely go to this hostel again!
Disliked: The only thing they could improve in, is the maintenance of some things in the rooms. I believe 3/6 lockers in my dorm couldn't lock properly and there were some lights that didn't work.

Disliked: I stayed in the 14-bed dorm, which had only one bathroom for everyone - definitely not ideal. Overall, I found the price quite high for the amenities offered.

Great value for the location!

Liked: Amazing location! Right on the Main Street. Free breakfast was satisfactory. Love the curtains on the bunk beds. Loved the parking underneath the hostel.
Disliked: Bunks are quite squeaky. Ear plugs are a must.

Forgetful

Disliked: The room was really uncomfortable due to how hot the temperature was. The fan by my bed side also did not work and I did not sleep much
