Very nice overall. Comfy bed....

Disliked: The shower head in room 311 was terrible. Needs to be changed.

Good stay in Salt Lake...

Liked: I was grateful Marriott was able to have our family rooms next to each other. It made the trip much easier. We found a great breakfast place just down the street on the left (east side of street) - Hash Kitchen (on Foothill Drive a couple blocks toward I-80)
Disliked: I would like parking included in booking fee. The lot was fine, next to hotel, but I'd rather have that amenity included in the total room fee.

Never will return

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Front desk staff uncaring. We had been flying for 18 hours. Arrived five hours before check in. Asked for early check in and was told by two front desk staff that we were in a wait list. Sat inobby of clear sight of staff. Room was ready but never told. Sat for 4.85 hours only going up to desk when seeing others who came in after us get their rooms. Would never return.

Disliked: The parking is through some privacy-invading 3rd-party website with a lengthy, terrible privacy policy and terms of service; they will store your credit card info (you can't opt out), they won't accept any prepaid cards, and they will sell all your personal info. How on earth did the world turn into this? That you need 3rd-party scammers to pay for parking at a hotel?If you forget something in your room, it's another problem - again, you have to make a claim via a 3rd-party website, agree with their TOS, etc., and even then you get to the reception after everything was arranged, the item was found, and you notify them in advance, and there is nothing ready, and some rude receptionist starts patronizing you about the procedure (which was already completed!!!!) and claiming that it will take forever in an unpleasant voice? SERIOUSLY??? Is there something wrong with Marriott in general? Or Marriott in Salt Lake City? Because I asked another one a simple question and they ignored it for 2 weeks. I'm trying a different chain next time.

Liked: The location was perfect. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The facilities were exceptional.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of. Maybe that I didn't stay longer.
