Disappointing in terms of price/quality

Disliked: I don’t post reviews quickly because I’m not demanding and I understand you can always be unlucky, but for us this was a false start. We arrived at 1:30 PM hoping to check in a bit earlier, but even after the official check-in time of 2:00 PM, our room was still not ready and we could only enter at 2:30 PM. One of the two elevators was out of service, which often meant long waiting times. The air conditioning in our room was very noisy; only after reporting it a second time, more than an hour later, did someone come to check, but the problem remained and we barely slept the first night. We were offered a new room, but had to leave the first one before 12:00 PM and didn’t receive the new room until 2:00 PM (presumably for other guests). At reception, we were also given an inappropriate remark that we “don’t need air conditioning at night.” The booked room with a bathtub was also not provided. A disappointing stay that could have been easily avoided with better organization.

Disliked: Too noisy, need maintenance, area is not desirable. The price is too high for the location and quality.

Liked: The rooftop was nice!
Disliked: I was not really satisfied with the hotel. The personnel was not really nice. Only an Italian lady at the reception was good and nice when we arrived.The location was not perfect. Everything was far except maybe the beach, where we could walk. So if you take the hotel for the location I would not recommend.The swimming pool was small and overcrowded. Also not fair to ban the kids in the afternoon. This is a discrimination from my perspective. The breakfast was ok but the personnel specifically at the breakfast was not nice. The breakfast was until 10.30 but in other hotels they take out the buffet but you can stay at least to finish your coffee. Here at 10.45 they were chasing us to leave. Very disappointing.Overall I regret that I took this hotel instead of another one. There is nothing to keep, except the rooftop.

Great spa and rooftop facilities.

Liked: One of the best lookout and spacious rooftops of all time. Spa facilities exceeded expectations - with indoor pool, sauna, steam rool, cold shower, and foot bath. Clean and spacious rooms.
Disliked: Location a bit further out than expected. Staff were meh. Lifts were slowest lifts ever. Gym was horrible.
