Disappointing and not a good...

Liked: The hotel has a great location, and the rooftop is a big plus since it offers a great view and a relaxing experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym was decent and at a hotel quality. Had helpful ideas about renting a car and going by train to portaventura at the reception.
Disliked: Well the first we noticed when we got to the room was that the tap was dripping continuously. The A/C was simply not working, we set it on 19 Celsius and it didnt do anything apart from being very loud and disturbing. Once we wanted to have coffee at the rooftop which they said is not possible cause they only have the machine in the lobby which was disappointing. About tha spa, it felt strange that we could only use the spa for 1 hour a day (which was included in the price) but when we got to the spa we quickly understood why. The spa area has no chair or sunbed or anything to lay down on, only a pool that is the size of a large bathtub. At some point during the stay, one sweatshirt of ours gone missing which we left in the room the whole time. When trying to book a taxi at the reception for when we go back to the airport they said that we should just catch a taxi on the corner since there is always a few there. After we checked out and we had our flight back home at 8pm and since we could only use the spa for an hour, during the day we went to the beach and the city and when we asked for a place to change our clothes and shower before heading to the airport they offered us the disabled toilet to do so. Overall we felt that its not up to the price tag we paid and for this amount of money there are better hotels nearby that offer more.
