Excellent in every way

Liked: Staff were welcoming and helpful. We were staying to attend a funeral and a staff member retyped my bible reading as my glasses had broken and I would have been unable to read
Disliked: Lovely curtains in our room,114, were unhooked, need rebooking

From the moment I walked...

Liked: It was very easy to find and our arrival I met the most lovely person that looked after me and made sure everything was fine. The place is immaculate and the tension of detail is something else one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed with the nicest people and the most wonderful breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing as everything was perfect
