Wonderful stay!!
Liked: Absolutely loved the room! The beach decor was so inviting. The bed was super comfortable!!! Loved the view!The staff was friendly and helpful!Breakfast room was very nice. Lots of great breakfast choices.
Disliked: Loved it all!

Sophia Hallisey at the front...
Liked: absolutely everything! The property is beautiful and clean. The rooms are large and comfy, and the staff was amazing so extremely helpful. The answer was always yes.
Disliked: there wasn't anything I didn't like about the property. I thought it was amazing. I can't wait to go back either for an overnight again or just to visit and have dinner in the Bar and Restaurant. Parking at the hotel was so helpful and much appreciated.

Beautiful hotel but TERRIBLE STAFF!!
Liked: The hotel was beautiful, very clean and in a great location.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator n no ice machine. Instead, they had bags of ice. The terrible thing was that housekeeping came to our room and were cleaning it when we came back from being out sightseeing and shopping before we even checked out of the hotel. We complained but the women at the front desk, the housekeeping manager and the hotel manager blew us off n just said, Sorry we thought you guys had left. MY ADVICE IS TO CHECK WITH THE FRONT DESK FIRST TO SEE IF A GUEST HAS CHECKED OUT BEFORE ENTERING A ROOM TO CLEAN IT.

Exceptional
Liked: Decor was very nice, bed was super comfortable, appreciated the in-room amenities, and the room was very clean. Shuttle was convenient, we used it once because it was raining and many of the sites are walkable from the hotel location.
Disliked: Would have been nice for breakfast to be included.

Below average and disappointing
Liked: Hotel called Salem Waterfront! It is nowhere near any water. Totally misleading. It is facing a multi storey carpark
Disliked: Location. Opposite multi level car park Walls paper thin. Catering dismal.
