I did not feel welcomed...

Liked: Clean facilities. Onsite restaurant had good food.
Disliked: The front desk clerk did not acknowledge my presence until I walked out and made the statement I have not been acknowledged at all. I had stood at the desk long enough to have gotten “Someone or I will be with you shortly.”After I return a few moments later, I still was not acknowledged until the manager came up to the front desk. The clerk (a man) mumbled under his breath, “I was just helping the other customer that is all.”Everyone else was professional.
