Disliked: breakfast poor oatmeal on menu said steel oats ,no way watered down garbage no flavor no nuts or anything brought with it or told where to get some 18.00 worst ever i’ve had better in free buffet 40.00 buffet not anything original we thought they had a chef there that might know how to impress people didn't see that parking EXORBITANT 255.00 for 2 days one block away 40.00 for 24 hr period really prey on out of towners called for ice two times no response at all

Anniversary celebration

Liked: Salamander Washington DCOur stay at the Salamander was absolutely amazing! The hotel offers breathtaking views of the Jefferson Memorial, the Washington Monument, and is just a short walk to The Wharf.A special shoutout to Eskedar, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary truly memorable. She made sure we had an excellent room with the best view in town—perfect for watching the fireworks right from our window.Eskedar also gave us fantastic dining recommendations, including Dogon and other great spots along The Wharf. The hotel itself was elegant and welcoming, and the brunch was delicious.Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting DC—especially for a special occasion!
