Exceptional
Liked: Breakfast could have used a bit more
Disliked: Very high beds and uncomfortable. I don’t expect luxury beds in a residence. Western university has quite comfortable residence beds without springs

Disappointing
Liked: I couldn't say good but not bad neither. The cleaning staff nor friendly when I asked for towels or toilet paper.I know it is not a hotel but for the price I paid for 5 nights 1591 I was expecting a better service. The breakfast was good so far. Rooms is definitely designated for students not any single painting or picture
Disliked: The elevator service didn't work one day and even with my leg in pain I had to walk the stairs from 19th Floor. Cleaning staff not friendly.

I enjoyed my vacation in...
Liked: Staff were welcoming. Grateful for luggage storage prior to room readiness. Room: two bedroom suite was excellent in size, closets and storage way above par and the kitchen is very lovely. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels and shampoo and soap. considering the heat, grateful for the use of the fan obtained at front desk, it helped a bit with the very hot room.Breakfast: had available Ice water and beverage options were good. No shortage of food.Transportation: cab/uber pick up/drop off very convenient. Proximity to the very effective train system/bus and station was ok for able bodied person. Nearby: restaurants included Earls, Starbucks, Sushi BBQ buffet, Subway, a bbq burgers smokehouse type, a huge university bar and grill arcade (Locolouis), convenience stores, liquor stores, nail salon and vape shop.
Disliked: Room: No air conditioning. It hit 32 degrees and that is difficult for some members of the community (elderly, little kids). The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and bed was too high. I had to struggle to get up into bed every night. No hair dryer available as all were accounted for (not enough for number of guest rooms). No kitchen tools (utensils, tableware, cookware) in the kitchen. Perhaps make a kit available for guests with kitchens to use and make them aware of said availability. No hangers in closets.Breakfast: Same thing everyday. (Scrambled eggs and pancakes yogurt oatmeal). Could have used some fruits and veggies to balance the meals and perhaps a meat option like turkey bacon or regular ham).Transportation: Proximity of train station difficult or at least challenging for disabled person. Grounds: no garden or outdoor space next to hotel for guests to lounge. Have to walk a long distance to have comfortable or inviting outdoor space. Gym/exercise facility: not advertised and hours not provided. I had to ask about everything. I didn’t end up using the facility (dome off premise). Tourist information: none and staff not very knowledgeable about the available attractions or restaurants. I did all my own research. Should have a mobile rack with promotional pamphlets available at front desk. Or even a QR code to info links.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Lack of the most basic amenities. Beds were so uncomfortable, nothing to use in the kitchen, not even a cup for water.
