Liked: Convenience, simple room, it had a refrigerator, microwave, tv and air-conditioner and there were washrooms and showers down the hall and a communal kitchen.
Disliked: Wasn't there long enough for any problems.

Liked: The hotel was extremely dirty, and the room was in poor condition. There was no one at the reception desk, and I was unexpectedly charged an additional $300 for no clear reason. The air conditioning barely worked, the bed was filthy, and there were exposed wires throughout the room. The TV didn’t function, and the staff were either absent or completely unhelpful when present. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Liked: I was just crashing for 12 hours in Toronto. It was about as expected. Once inside fairly comfortable, room small but perfectly adequate, and good shared facilities, staff very kind. Area rather poor but perfectly OK once inside. Suspect may depend very much on other visitors.Perfectky good for what I wanted.
Disliked: Nothing they can do about it but area was quite noisy and I did not feel very confortable standing on the street at 7am waiting for a non existent taxi.
