Liked: Great staff, home cooked meals, central London, very pretty area. Great living, TV & dining space. Lovely atmosphere & classy living areas to relax.Very well run & organized.They gave me a bottom bunk near window, which I really appreciated !!Great service !!
Disliked: Nothing

cheap place to stay for...

Liked: the receptionist had good english and great communication skills. it was cheap and near where i wanted to be for a night.
Disliked: the bathroom and toilets were down three lots of stairs, all the common roams were right next to each other so the noise from people watching a sport event on the tv travelled. The cat bite me and when I brought this up was just told shes moody, maybe tell people not to touch the cat when they check in not after your bleeding.

I felt uncomfortable in this...

Liked: Not much the location was probably the best part.
Disliked: The bathrooms were dirty, my bed didn’t have a shelf like the rest, the place honestly looked like it was falling apart, no power point near my bed, no locker for suitcase, staff had a weird vibe, most of the people staying here were older probably 25 and up, smelt odd and all around an unpleasant stay.
