Great value, safe, friendly stay.

Liked: Great safe location with good breakfast, friendly staff and good value for London. It's my second time and will definitely return as I know the area and its reasonable. x
Disliked: Its the second time I got the top bunk which was for me, a little hard to get up! Beds could be a little comfier/thicker mattresses however - for the price and all the other amenities I will definitely return.

Very good

Liked: Good location a round corner from Earls Court train station. Good value for money , good English breakfast and nice evening meal , pleasant staff . Large TV lounge with sofas , homely feeling and large dinning area and large out side garden for chilling out , all ages welcome , lovely family atmosphere.
Disliked: Curtains and lamps were needed on the bunks that's all , because rooms are very dark at night !

I would recommend!

Liked: The sitting room, dining and outside garden settings encourage social interaction and a cozy atmosphere. The food the staff make is an additional bonus, unique to st James’.
Disliked: Toilets could use a bit more attention
