Liked: Super lovely and very comfortable! The best thing about my stay was the staff! They are the most accommodating staff I have ever seen in a hotel. They let us check in much much earlier than 15:00. And even if they couldn’t check some of us in, we could even leave our bags in the room whilst it’s being cleaned! That’s 5 star customer service right there. Thanks for being very accommodating.

Liked: Location was great. We arrived late evening. The front desk staff was prompt, courteous and helped us with directions.
Disliked: Some discounted arrangement and support for parking the car in nearby location will help enormously.

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is excellent.
Disliked: The hotel Is very outdated and in need of modernisation and general maintenance and repairs. There is carpet pretty much everywhere and the air felt stuffy. The room was very small, the wall paper was dirty. The bathroom was small and very old furnitures, the door was dirty.
