Room for improvement

Disliked: The check in and out process was very disappointing, it took around an hour to check in (I was incorrectly charged an admin fee after I had highlighted the payment method doesn’t include the charge and the hotel are unable to refund). At check out the receptionist was simply rude. The location of the room was also very disappointing as it was located in the main foyer and very noisy, not ideal for a family room trying to settle children.

Liked: Swimming Pool was great.
Disliked: Aircon was broken in the room. Would randomly turn on during the night.

Nice place but both facility...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: The room was right above the boat house bar, so lack of privacy. Air con is placed right above the bed, the wind comes directly to you while sleeping.
