The unit looked as if...
Liked: Hot shower
Disliked: Very noisy on main road, secure parking gate didn’t work for the duration of our stay, second night banged back & forth due to strong wind. Second bed in lounge was very hard & uncomfortable. Bedroom hadn’t been vacuumed. Front door was difficult to unlock, lock needs attending. We arrived late sat and departed 10am Monday, there were no staff during that time to report anything to.

Ideal for one night lay...
Liked: Only one night stopover, good price and location

Not Impressed. Close Room 11
Liked: Due to vehicle issue needed to bring forward our arrival date, which was no problem and a cheaper rate than the booking site.
Disliked: On arrival, found previous guest clothes still in the wardrobe. No usable table/ chairs for two in the room. Minimum space in room, one person walk space between wardrobe and bed. Shower has mould buildup in corners of shower. Toilet sheet dispenser was broken, kept falling open. Due to busy period told no other rooms available. We were booked in for a week, most/all other guest only overnight stays requested move everyday to be told no vacancy. After third night asked to move again which we were offered to see another room next day. This room more suited to a couple. ROOM 11 should either be closed for use or only offered to single overnight only at much lower rate.

okay but wouldn't stay there...
Liked: the nice large room and separate bedroom. Good to have a frypan but not sure what the breadmaker was supposed to do!
Disliked: no hooks, coathangers, tissues, we had to ask for an extra towel, none of the usual small extras were included and all the taps either leaked or squirted at you every time you turned them on, the shower curtain was too short and the bathroom flooded every time you had a shower, the pool was absolutely freezing with no notice that it wasn't heated...
