Low expectations, but amazing views

Liked: Location was amazing and price was great. Right on the boardwalk with excellent views from my balcony.
Disliked: Lots of very questionable things in this room, but I kind of knew that going into it based on other reviews. Pink sheets and pillowcases were a strange choice that did not seem clean. Found some hairs in the bed and shower. There was cereal on the floor and several plastic spoons under the curtain when I pulled them back, so I'm not sure of thoroughness in cleaning. Thin ceiling meant I heard upstairs neighbors, and bed wasn't super comfy.

Liked: Location, price and the room was mostly clean.
Disliked: The walls were paper thin. I could hear the guests in the rooms next to me and above me. Lots of gaps between doors as well.
