Disliked: They wouldn’t let me and my 5 children check in early even tho I have a confirmation email stating that they approved it! And the worst part was the woman at the office! She was sooo incredibly rude for absolutely no reason!

Love the family, they were...

Liked: We stay here all the time. We prefer a family owned business as opposed to a corporate facility. Small motel very close to Knotts and stores. This is not a fancy motel with breakfast or coffee. This is however extremely quiet and the room is super clean and beds/pillows are very comfortable. We ran into a problem as the I15 was shut down for many hours and for a very nominal fee, we were allowed to stay until about 7pm. Extremely accommodating!! We love that the maids are not banging on our door early in the morning. Thats huge for us. We love the family too. Very very nice. We've stayed 4 times as we come for Knotts Scary Farm.
Disliked: Nothing. We never eat the breakfasts or coffee anyway so thats not an issue for us.
