Lovely hotel - clean and...

Liked: The room was well designed and very clean. We had a nice view. The hotel lounge areas and restaurants were lovely and there was a great selection. Having a Starbucks down there was really useful on mornings we had to get up early and needed a grab and go lunch and a coffee.
Disliked: The reception took absolutely forever to get checked in. There was a huge line and only 2-3 reception staff that took about 10 mins each person to check in. We had to wait over 1 hour in the line before we could get to our rooms. The pillows weren't very comfortable but the bed was. I wished there was a place to hang our jackets by the door - coat hooks?We booked this place for the beautiful pool in the images but then weren't able to use it because it was 21+to get in. That was extremely disappointing and we had to pay a lot of money to go to another pool down the strip.
