Cozy room

Liked: The ac was broken and they replaced it right away. Thank you.
Disliked: Went to have a shower after being awake for a long time and there was no hot water. We were too tired to say anything as we had been traveling since 6am and had walked to the beach to hang out with family and walked back.

Disliked: It was weird that there was no one at reception. Had to call a phone number to check in and the guy seemed angry about helping us. Had to call again to check out because no one at reception again.

Liked: Excellent location if you are going to Penticton for an event at the arena or convention centre as they are within 10 minutes walking distance. Owners are very friendly and accomodating.

Liked: We liked the location and owner at front desk was pleasant.
Disliked: Our room was equipped with fridge, stove, microwave but no dishes, utensils, cups, drinking glasses and no garbage can.
