Beautiful and special place
Liked: The ranch seemed so much more organized than previous years we have went. The space is beautiful and its a direct flight for us, so we have gone like 3 or 4 times. While it is hard to imagine having a bad trip in such a beautiful and special place, on our previous visits the staff seemed a little more rigid and made things a little less fun. This time everything seemed to work more smoothly.
Disliked: When they told us the code to the pre-breakfast coffee area, they only gave us the numbers, they forgot the # and *. It would have been helpful if they wrote out the the entire set of numbers and symbols we needed to enter to get in.

Nice out of the city...
Liked: The views are beautiful. Breakfast was very nice and a nice touch to our day. The tubing down the river was nice and we also enjoyed visiting the lake and taking the desert Belle lake cruise with live music which was close by.
Disliked: Cabins are due for an upgrade in the bathroom.
