Modern, professional hotel at the...

Liked: Spacious room with modern design and was well equipped with everything we need. Cleanliness was top-notch and staff were helpful.
Disliked: Although we booked a king room, the hotel did not offer complimentary parking. Instead, they provided a reduced rate, which still required an additional cost of 10 bucks.

Disliked: empty fridge is very frustrating -at least a couple of water bottles in the fridge that is running empty would be ideal.

Liked: Nice room and bathroom configuration.Great bed and huge TV.
Disliked: Breakfast items were pricey and not as great as had been expected.

Good location, great views, nice...

Liked: The location, short drive to the Yarra Valley and right at Eastland shopping centre which makes it convenient for places to shop and eat. View from room was so nice to see the sun rise and set each night. Shower was good, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The property itself has become a little “worn” since we stayed here a few years ago. It was apparent in the room we stayed in with small details like chips in the walls, areas needing to be repainted etc. Cleanliness was also not of the same standard as it was the initial time we stayed. There were marks of previous guests on glass panelling, areas surrounding the mounted TV.
