Liked: Good position, kind employees, nice furnitures, clean
Disliked: Basic breakfast isinsufficient, with only some fruits, bread that you have to ask, without even the possibility to have a boiled egg. When booking they don't specify the breakfast included is so basic, then you need to add like 5-6 € extra.Swimming pool is small, a bit dirty with leaves. Prices at the bar are very high: beers are 4-5x than at the supermarket or 2x than other restaurant outside.

A frustrating stay with unresolved...
Liked: The staff from valet parking were consistently attentive and welcoming.
Disliked: This is my first time leaving a negative review, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. When I first checked into the room, there were no towels provided. I tried calling the front desk, only to find out the phone in the room didn’t work. I had to go down personally just to get towels. They assured me they would fix the phone, but that never happened.Worse, there was a persistent and strong odor coming from the bathroom—similar to raw sewage, likely from the floor drain. I reported this issue, but no one addressed it, and I was never offered a room change despite the clear discomfort.I expected at least a minimum level of responsiveness and service, which unfortunately was not delivered during my stay. I hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests.
