Exceptional stay for families

Liked: Very family friendly. Probably my favorite hotel in Monterrey. With 5 children it’s almost impossible to find a hotel that will be kind with kids. This is the exception. Pool stays open late, plenty of lights, a bar next to the pool area, clean towels, spacious rooms.
Disliked: Food/buffet is expensive and the quality is not up to par with the price.

Disliked: It was dirty. The staff had an attitude. I couldn't even enter my room i had so many issues with my room key the wifi and I had zero privacy because the staff had to come in an out because of it
