Excellent service and location

Liked: Location, facilities but the attention and courtesy of all the staff exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: The bathroom was flooded in the morning two days!!! There was something wrong with the sink faucet. The first time I reported this situation in the front desk, they offered me to change rooms, I accepted, but they didn't do it.

Liked: I like the roof top bar a lot, and the the views throughout this property are incredible. Good vibe and nice room.
Disliked: To use the rooftop bar you have to reserve a space and rarely are any available while you’re staying there even though there’s open spots. I still was able to pull of hanging out up there without a reservation but not a big fan of that.
