Liked: I did book a three bedded room with attached washroom for myself and it’s good , the room is small and compact with a window , the bathroom is spacious and clean . Outside views and fountains are really good if you wanna have some good outdoor space I’d recommend this place .

Liked: Safestay Holland Park is located right in the heart of the park, offering a peaceful and serene environment—no traffic noise at all. One delightful surprise was being able to hear live opera from the nearby venue within the park, which added a unique and pleasant touch to my stay.The communal areas were consistently clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The reception-bar area stays open until 1am, and there are vending machines and shops nearby on the main road for food and drinks, all easily reachable with a short walk through the park. I particularly appreciated waking up to the sound of birds in the morning and evening. It really enhanced the natural atmosphere of the place.The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Dario, who truly went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. His kindness and attentiveness made a big difference.
Disliked: One of the reasons I chose to stay in a hostel was the privacy provided by individual bed curtains, which help create a personal space in shared rooms. Unfortunately, during my 8-day stay, management decided to remove most of the bed curtains, which felt both uncomfortable and unfair. Strangely, in my 21-bed dorm, only 19 beds had their curtains removed while 2 were left with theirs.This inconsistent policy created a feeling of inequality and discomfort, especially at night when people can be noisy or when you realize others are watching you while you sleep. I tried to raise the issue, but the concern was dismissed without any proper explanation. This change significantly impacted my experience and sense of privacy.
