Disliked: I do not recommend staying at SafeStay Hostel in Elephant & Castle. The room was not clean and had a strong, unpleasant smell. One of the guests was constantly sneezing and snoring, which made it impossible for me to sleep — both nights. I reported the issue after the first night, but all I got was a generic message: “Thank you very much, we received your message.” No support, no solution. I didn’t have time to request a room change due to my schedule. Some of the staff tried to help on my third day once I seriously underlined the importance of not being able to sleep for 3 days.Also, they don’t provide towels unless you buy one, which felt unreasonable given the price I paid. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and not worth the money. I would not return.

Liked: Location is okay as there are a lot of buses passing through. Considering and comparing the other options it has also been relatively cheap London-wise.
Disliked: I've been there plenty of times and had no complaints whatsoever for those times. However, this time there were no curtains around the beds and you were feeling really exposed.
