Unprofessional and not safe

Disliked: Terrible front desk service! First room the door wouldn’t close. They change us to another room after 1 hour and the room we changed into, the next morning the ceiling broke and fell with a bunch of water onto our stuff. So we go tell the front desk and we couldn’t switch rooms until 6 hours later

Liked: It is literally at the most center in Brüssel. The staff is very solicitous. Breakfast is reasonable good. Overall a very good stay for the low price.

Not the best hostel but...

Liked: Excellent location. Yes, it’s loud but that’s the price you pay for being in the center of it all.
Disliked: No common room to hang out. Guests have to pay a 3€ fee to store bags before/ after checkout.

Liked: The bed and facilities were good and clean.
Disliked: It was very loud with the windows open and I didn't get good sleep. The breakfast could be better with boiled eggs and some salad or fresh fruit and vegetables.The bed could have a platform to put phone, wallet, accessories and a place to hang towels. To charge phone, etc.
