Liked: Clean, comfortable bed, excellent location, very close to Joshua Tree National Park entrance.
Disliked: Run down facilities, the hot water in the shower was a trickle.

Convenient to Joshua Tree National...

Liked: Just outside Joshua Tree park entrance, parking right in front of the room. Quiet, clean, room - despite the building obviously in need of renovation. Fridge and microwave and coffee machine in room. Very friendly owners.
Disliked: I arrived at 1pm, check in stated as from 2pm. The reception was locked. This is unusual for hotels. I had to go do something else for an hour before checking in. The garden photographed on the website was in disarray, looked like a building site. Tarps everywhere, not a nice place to sit and relax. Never mind, I spent all my time hiking.

Disliked: The bed wasn’t that comfortable, but for one night, ok.

Our best night out in...

Liked: Great location to get into JT Park early and avoid the queues. Saloon Bar next door was a real bonus. Popular, good food and service.
Disliked: No glasses or cutlery etc in room.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was great, walking distance to a lot of things the store across the street Big Joshua’s had fantastic vintage items and souvenirs.
