I wasn’t happy, simply put...

Liked: The pool looked nice & the Caesar salad was alright. It’s old, there wasn’t a phone to use in the room to callthe front desk or concierge (who didn’t even come pick us up, even though we called an hour ahead of time); and everything was outdated, it reminded me ofa poorly ran Super 8 Motel. The amenities were mediocre. On top of that, they charge you “resort fees“ on top of valet parking for $30 a day and on top of the outlandish rates that they charge per night.
Disliked: See above.

Passable

Liked: The room suite was nice, but it is outdated.
Disliked: The first room they gave us smelled like cockroaches, the a/c was not working & the air filter was on the floor.

Liked: Liked everything except the hidden/undisclosed fees. Pool was great, golf was great, restaurant was great, staff (bell guys) were excellent.
Disliked: Did not like the undisclosed/hidden fees. When booking, there was no mention of mandatory valet parking fees and no mention of "resort fees". $30/day for valet and $--/day resort fee. It increased my overall cost by $--! Fees should be disclosed upfront

Liked: Pool, golf, pickle ball courts.
Disliked: Dated rooms, no internet

Disliked: Outdated, mandatory undisclosed valet parking daily fees. Undisclosed daily 'resort fees' and taxes on top of that for a 'paid in full' in advance booking. Thieves.

Liked: The location. It was central to our activities.
Disliked: It is quite dated which we knew about and were ok with because of the price, however there were hidden fees of mandatory valet parking $30/night and a mandatory resort fee $28/day which we did not know about so this increased the cost.

Liked: I liked best the location of the hotel. Courteous staff and restaurant was on site.
Disliked: Room was dated, the carpet needs to either be replaced, or use other type of flooring. Bed is extremely uncomfortable, may be a full size, but mattress was hard. We were in building 6, the common area was filthy, ice machine didn't work.
