Amazing location but very old...

Liked: - locationCity center, walking distance to different “must visit” places and restaurants - during the Easter week , view from the room was directly to the street with all events - amazing - friendly staff
Disliked: - outdated room: very old furnitures, reconstruction is required - when I checked in (after 9 pm), the toilet was not working (video attached). Same was brought to the attention of the receptionist. Had to use the restroom on 1st floor while the issue was under resolution. Issue was fixed within 15 min, nevertheless it should be done before the guest check in (not during)- value for money is in question. Probably because it was a holiday / festive week, it was on a higher end - room was extremely small. One person can barely move around. It’s getting too hot / no air within 15 min max- uncomfortable bed and super low pillow

Friendly staff but would not...

Liked: The location was good and the woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful.You can park in Calle Parraga for 15 minutes to unload your luggage. The hotel has a deal with Parking Narvaez, where you can park your car for a slightly cheaper price (€20/day). Valet parking is available there, which is very helpful if you are not used to parking in such tight garages.
Disliked: The bathroom urgently needs to be renovated. The room was clean, but the bathroom is full of black mould (the ceiling and tile joints are completely black). In my opinion, the room should not be rented out like this for health reasons. If we had booked more nights, I would have left the hotel early.

Ideal for exploring Granada.

Liked: The location was ideal to explore Granada and the staff were excellent. The bed was a little small however.
