I would defo stay here again. Very kind helpful staff. Good food; clean, large room with windows.

Liked: I was booked into a double but had to change and bring my granddaughter so was upgraded to a double and a twin. It wasn’t cheap but was very clean. Staff were fab and helpful. Breakfast lady was lovely and breakfast was brilliant. Very happy with service and location right in centre of Piccadilly near trams trains and only £20 to airport.
Disliked: Noise on second floor but not a worry really.

OK for somewhere to get your head down after a gig, but wouldn't recommend for a holiday. VERY HOT - would definitely recommend paying that bit extra for a window as the air con doesn't work and hasn't for years. And the duvet was strangely too small for the bed - it was like two of us sleeping under a hankie. Couldn't find any stairs down - definitely ask at reception about that as when the fire alarm goes off and you're on the 5th floor it's a bit worrying. :uckily for us no fire!

Disliked: Didn't appreciate being woken up early hours by the fire alarms - everytime you fell asleep they would go off again.

Would stay elsewhere next time

Liked: Very clean bathroom, good location, friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out!
Disliked: No window wouldn't be a problem if the air in the room wasn't so thick, hot, and wouldn't smell like cigarettes. The air conditioning didn't work, so they set up a fan, which provided a breeze but didn't cool the hot room or made for circulation.The bathroom sink didn't drain as the plug was all the way down.

Liked: Very central, polite staff
Disliked: It's pretty shabby. The windows in my room have secondary glazing which you have to slide open to reach the actual windows which were rusted with crumbing paint and one of which could not be closed.

Liked: room was clean ,had everything you need for a night a couple of nights stayLocation is good
Disliked: we didn't have a window which is what we booked as we have stayed here before and did have a window but you are just facing another building so no views of anything.the check in took a bit of time , last time we came we didn't get asked for any ID,, this time we had to show our passports which I don't understand why ! anyway wasn't the quickest check in. the pillows in the room are too big and hard .it's really dark in the room as we didn't have a window so didn't have a clue what time it was or what the weather was like outside
