Liked: Loved the location and amenities. Nice that you could go to shops and restaurants through hotel. Beautiful view of the lake. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Rooftop br was closed, we were really looking forward to it and couldn't go..There were way too many fees from the hotel. Everything on the pier closed down early.

Amazing hotel in a superb...

Liked: Booking on line from far away can be a lottery sometimes but as the Hyrox event i was competing in was on Navy Pier we decided to go for Sable. We stayed 11 days and it was an absolute delight. The corner room was a great choice and the views of the harbour and city meant we had this wonderful vista all the while we were in the room. Location was amazing for the pier, the city, entertainment, transport and the beaches. Yes, it was expensive but sometimes the result is worth the money. Chicago did not disappoint We promised ourselves we would come back
Disliked: The minor glitch when we arrived was thankfully overcome as the room as there was some problem with getting the payment via Booking.com. Thankfully reception took a chance and held the room (could have been a disaster!).If there is a slight grumble, by staying so long we sort of got out of synch with the maid service (which was very good). But by the time the other rooms with shorter stays had been cleaned we'd often be in the room getting ready late afternoon. But that's a small point as we were superbly looked after.

Splendid Experience.

Liked: Very well located on the Navy Pier, with a Extra Special Space with a quarter shaped Sofa to view the Lake and the magnificent City. You can even spend whole day sitting there. Breakfast is limited but good. A food court is very nearby on the Navy Pier.
Disliked: Limited food options.

Disliked: Well I paid for breakfast before but still paid on average $60 a day extra wasn’t expecting
