OK if you only need...

Liked: One of the cheaper options if you are going to the Birding Festival and are going to be in Point Pelee National Park all day and only need a roof over your head. Fridge and Microwave in room if required.
Disliked: Room was hot so a noisy air conditioner was required

Liked: The room was huge and had been recently repainted and refitted. The bathroom, kitchen sink, lights etc all seemed like new. It was bigger and better than I had expected.

Nice clean motel to stay...

Liked: Very clean room and washroom. Fridge, microwave and little table with two chairs inside room. Very close to Point Pelee Provincial Park. Discounted Caldwell Gas & Variety gas station nearby. Lots of grocery stores close by. Very friendly owner.
Disliked: Beds were a little bit too high so for tall people it shouldn't be an issue, but someone small might have some problems. Not sure if all beds are the same.
