Liked: Hotel was very nice and the parking good as they had CCTV covering the entrance and exit route and the rooms were very clean and tidy with modern en-suites
Disliked: only issue I had which is the reason I have not rebooked for next week is that the room was freezing and it didn't get any warmer during my 3 night stay

Disliked: Bath plug didn?t come out so couldn?t take a bath or shower. Bathroom had no blind or curtain despite having frosted glass. No breakfast at all with the excuse being covid (other hotels provided it). Staff rarely on reception - couldn?t deal with issues. No heating in when I arrived - it was freezing.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Traffic noise disturbed us. Our room was at the front of the property and it continued throughout the night.We had to wait quite some time for hot water to reach our room and we also had some problems with the shower controls getting stuck.

Liked: Location and onside parking. Heating put on on request. Hot water. Tea and coffee making facilities. Bed quite comfortable.
Disliked: The room was small, limited space. Basic facilities. Every time the front door was opened it created a draft so door banged in the night. Reception not manned, had to call for service three times.
