Liked: Great room, comfortable bed, the location is second to none as it is close to everything, Pitt Street Mall, Park, Stations, restaurants. Staff at breakfast went above and beyond to help
Disliked: lack of choice of pillows

Liked: Central location, close to public transportation. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Good space in the 2 bedroom family rooms.Had an issue tWith the tv in the second bedroom and it was fixed quickly.
Disliked: Rooms need updated, doors, handles and door frames all need replacing.

Liked: Dark curtains, red light at night, space, helpful staff, and location. The conceige were very good and extremely helpful.
Disliked: We shifted room as very noisy by the air conditioning. Staff were extremely helpful and relocated us immediately.
