Liked: Location was excellent so close to restaurants and the harbour, a nice small kitchen area ,bathroom was small but functional, car park under hotel did not have to carry bags too far
Disliked: We had a back room that over looked the pool would have loved a room at the street side

A hidden gem, convenient and...

Liked: I pretty much liked everything except the shower. Clocktower parking was very convenient, staff were super friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, size of terrace apartment great, historical element interesting and close to so much from Opera House, Harbour Bridge, the Rocks and more. Highly recommend.
Disliked: The shower. It leaked, water temperature continually fluctuated to extremes, and water pressure was low. The height was fine for me, but a tall person would have trouble. Pretty minor compared to all the positives.

Disliked: The gutter over the main door was overflowing with water, flooding the front door into the motel because leaves had not been cleaned out of the gutter. Painting on the exterior of the building was peeling. The carpet in the room was dirty.
