Liked: Very basic and quite old facilities, the family room was really small compared to others we've stayed in. Not really worth the price, this was not cheap.
Disliked: Room was outdated, small and just not a great place to spend time with 5 people.

Overall great location, clean and...

Liked: Ease of booking room and car parking online. Polite and friendly reception staff, room was ready early for us.
Disliked: We did ask for more towels which weren’t replaced after our housekeeping visit, we had to wait 2 hours for towels and make a second call to housekeeping.

Pleasant, but could be improved!

Liked: Location, beds comfy!Spacious room.Nice to have a window with fresh air being accessible
Disliked: Tv kept cutting in & out of servicePower cut out briefly while we were there.Linen on King bed in room 1812, had frayed edges and slight holes forming in bottom sheet.Bathroom door in room 1812, didn't shut without having to use the door lock.Plastic water bottle was found under the side of lounge in room 1811.Which to me means the room wasn't cleaned appropriately.
