Liked: It’s very central
Disliked: The staff is very hit or miss. A few are nice and helpful, but many come across as borderline rude. They would benefit from proper hospitality training and a bit more empathy. The facilities are generally fine, though they could use some refreshing soon

Disliked: When we arrived the fridge still had the last guests rubbish in it

Liked: Very convenient and a great room. I ended up with the Bellerive Suite which was a fabulous room.
Disliked: The room was located near some sort of air conditioning unit and therefore the bedroom was extremely noisy and impacted on sleep. It needs shielding from the noise which spoilt what is an excellent motel.
