Very disappointed with a number...

Liked: The staff at reception and the valet parking staff were excellent,the Housekeeper on our floor 5 the Indian gentleman was excellent when he cleaned our room, there was a noticeable difference when it wasn't him.
Disliked: The $45.00 parking fee was far too high especially being on the premises,was I going to park down the road, late at night and walk back to the Hotel,not now,the breakfast chef was just bloody rude when asked what time did the breakfast finish on the Sunday morning, he certainly told me it was finished, the jumped up little man, yes it was 10.35am, if we had a condominium in the room would have helped yes it may be on the TV but always nice to read,the kitchen had absolutely nothing in it no pot, or even a sharp knife to cut tomatoes,the phone was a disgrace it had never had the mouthpiece in the base cleaned,it was fill of crumps, hair and hate to think what else.still in the room, no toilet brush.on the Sunday night, yes it was guiet and didn't mind sitting in the bar area,was hanging out for the Portlander Handpicked Ribeye 300g $66.00 price doesn't worry me, but it was very thin and full of gristle,a shame really, i didn't complain at the time, wasn't the waiter's fault,but this is a much better platform to complain.

Disliked: No fan for bathroom, the heater was noisy
