Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Well located, nice facilities
Disliked: Had to pay an extra $20 on check in as the tap on facility on their machine “wasn’t working “ Not happy with this even though it was a small amount. Not the best start to our stay!

Good!!

Liked: The room was really spacious and had a really nice view. It was very clean.
Disliked: The heating unit was putting out cold air when we arrived. Remote and unit were both not working. We went down at 7pm and were told someone would come. Had to go back down around 11:30pm because it was still not fixed and the room was freezing. When trying to find the parking for the hotel there were no directions online that we could find to locate where to go. There are limited spaces so we had to park offsite.

Disliked: Not able to park onsite on a freezing winter weekend, have to park at train station and walk 5 minutes to and from the car. Heat pump remote was flat, no answer from housekeeping or reception,

Disliked: There was no milk in the room. Had to phone room service, they said they'd send some up. it never came. Had to go down and get some.

Disliked: Bed is uncomfortable. Was uneven and very very soft

Disliked: Light spill at night from billboard across the road, on city side
