Liked: The staff were good and friendly. Location good, rooms spacious and clean
Disliked: The lifts were terrible. Only 2 lifts for 11 floors and sooooo slow. Had to allow at least 5 minutes to get to the ground floor! Probably will not go back because of this.Wifi seemed patchy as well.

Liked: The room was perfect for what we needed, staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon checking in and checking out. Great location, walking distance to the light rail, meet all out needs. Will stay here again.

Other than the dreadful smell...

Liked: The location was great , also breakfast was very nice !
Disliked: The constant damp smell in our room was terrible . We were given no assistance with our luggage . And check in staff were not very friendly.breakfast staff were lovely .Also were not given a bath mat last day getting out of a bath shower with nothing on the floor is dangerous.

Good but beware of surcharges!

Liked: The stay is comfortable and the pool is nice.
Disliked: We’re not happy that the price on the booking.com was $808 for two night but was hiked up to $820 for Easter surcharge. I mean it’s already hiked up for Easter weekend and then another surcharge that wasn’t even on booking.com. That’s not cool!

Great accessible choice!

Liked: Great Venue. Was travelling with a guest with mobility issues and the accessible rooms were excellent as was accessibility in general. Staff were all lovely.
Disliked: We requested seperate beds at booking and confirmed at check in. No seperate beds. We asked if we could get it fixed before leaving at 3pm. When we returned at 11pm, it had still not been addressed. Minor issue But one that took a long time to fix when it perhaps shouldn't have
