The location was great transport...

Liked: It was central, right next to the central station which made things easy! The staff were lovely and so helpful. The restaurant was also great for breakfast! They had everything you could want for a buffet brekkie.
Disliked: The room was a bit dirty. The bathroom walls were a bit grimy and the pull out bed mattress was a bit old and stained. I had also booked for a group of three but on arrival found there was only a king size bed and a pull out bed/sofa that wasn’t made. That was a bit disappointing for our first trip to Sydney.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and did all they could to get us in our room earlier when our ship disembarked earlier than expected

Disliked: The beds and pillows were terrible. Beds were far too soft with no support and pillows were lumpy & flat. Both could do with an upgrade. Due to this we would not stay again

Liked: Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious and reasonably-appointed. The bar and dining areas were well above average. The breakfast had a satisfactory range of food.
Disliked: The table surfaces in the room had been wiped down but not cleaned. At the breakfast, I had to ask for many things to be replenished (teabags, hot water, milk). It seemed that the available staff could not match the demand!
