Liked: Always stay here when visiting Sydney. The location is perfect for us. Close to restaurants and public transport.

Disliked: Absolutely disappointed, no kettle in the room, and when asked where it was, oh we’ll send it up. 1.5hrs later it came while I had given up and gone down for breakfast. Family members had same experience- for the price you pay this is a basic.

Liked: Its location for where attended was great.
Disliked: The lifts were so slow and if you needed to leave in peak periods from an upper floor it could take a while to get down.I paid for the breakfast at Rydges, they still use an antiquated system for breakfast of giving you a paper card to present upon arrival, this is frustrating when mixed with the first problem of the lifts and you leave the paper ticket in your room!!!Bathroom was squashed in and the water from the shower drains to the middle of the room, so you’re feet are in a puddle of water while you sit in the toilet
