Was OK but needs to be renovated to keep up with what other hotels have to offer.

Liked: Friendly service and room was very clean.
Disliked: The TV remote was working properly and the remotes were changed on a couple of occasions and the bed springs weren't that good. You rolled in the middle and woke up with a sore back.

Disliked: Rooms are not made up every day . You are encouraged to reuse towels and because the rooms are not made up every day you have to ask reception for fresh towels. There was a leak in our ceiling after some heavy rain . They offered to move us but we only had one night left so used a bucket and Towel.Went down for breakfast, system was down so service was suspended . Bar closes really early of an evening. This Hotel is older with an attempt at refurbishment, it still feels old and cold. Staff are not that friendly.

Liked: The staff were nice!
Disliked: The bed was terrible, uncomfortable and not flat. Bathroom needs a makeover, back mould in bathrooms

Liked: It was a place to sleep
Disliked: The toilets didn't flush the toilet paper down properly and had to get the manager to get the TV going not to mention breakfast was closed abd we elevators were slow and made us dizzy
