Liked: The space in the executive room was great especially with a toddler.Checking staff were lovely
Disliked: Got there, the roof in room was leaking due to aircon, nearly slipped on the very wet tiles upon arrival. We were offered to downgrade room or have them fix, they fix quiet promptly ( bloke who fixed was helpful). 1am and the air-con was turning off and on having us without air-con nor a fan leaving us hot and no sleep. Wifi very very limited, ended up using our own.If you like really soft beds you will enjoy the bed. Killed our backs.However breakfast was the icing on cake with crusty substance ( assuming old milk) on the spout of the milk jug.Was really unsatisfied. Was given a brief apology at check out.With the amount paid for room. Expected better service.
