Exceptional

Liked: Absolutely everything, but that is what you would expect from a Rydges Hotel. Fantastic location and the staff attitude at all levels was first class. I would judge the Concierge Service as the best I have experienced, for although they were extremely busy when we arrived, their work on looking after our vehicle and luggage was as good as we have ever experienced.
Disliked: Nothing

Average hotel, hence overpriced.

Liked: The room was a generous size, and the location was great,
Disliked: The noise from the other rooms was intrusive and frustrating. The lack of soundproofing also meant that the noise form housekeeping outside of the room was disruptive (although the people from housekeeping were great!).

Liked: The room was good and the service from the cleaners was very good.I liked the location and I liked the people in the adjacent restaurant.
Disliked: I did not like having to check-in on a machine - being greeted by a person who then directed me to a machine to check-in. I object to doing the hotel's work for them. I did not like being offered $10 to NOT have our room cleaned for a day when the money saved by the hotel would have been well in advance of $10, more likely in the 100's not 10's of dollars.I did not like the hotel saying that not cleaning the room was purely an environmental issue when it was clearly a staff issue.
