Great place to stay at...

Liked: Location is perfect for trips to the Cultural centre and Southbank.
Disliked: Neighbouring rooms were a little noisy.

Very comfortable but with facility...

Liked: Location - closeness to CitiCat; QPAC; train station; range of food options inc restaurants; Soleil Bar staff ( the best); breakfast buffet options; comfortable beds and pillow options
Disliked: Lack of proper coffee facility in room (plunger/coffee beans; or pod coffee)Bathroom design - nowhere to hang stuff ( clothes to wear post wash); toilet roll holder placement; towel access for short people (retrieve and ease to dry)

Liked: Beautiful hotel. The room was spotless with an amazing view.
Disliked: Staff at check in not overly helpful or friendly.

great location, comfortable apartment ,...

Liked: Great location, courteous & helpful staff
Disliked: The room temperature was excessively cold, and I had to request help to address this, had to ask for blankets and gowns/and slippers. Had to ask for bowls as the kitchenette which lacked basic utensils. Not good for a hotel that is supposed to be world-class and charges the same. Staff were helpful, but management needs to ensure that the apartments are set up and working as required as a minimum
