Liked: It was the third time we have stayed at the hotel, we find the location excellent for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent
Disliked: Unfortunately there was a build up of dust in the air conditioning vents in the room. It was unpleasant. There were only decaf coffe pods in the room which wad disappointing

Disliked: The spa, as advertised, didn't exist. Sauna was hidden in gym and pool closed at 6pm!

Absolutely amazing for a weekend...

Liked: Not only were the facilities exceptional, the shower pressure was amazing and the temperature control was fantastic. Upon arrival I had encountered car troubles that were not able to be fixed until Monday after I had checked out and the support that the concierge staff were able to offer to assist with supporting me in getting back on the road was first class.
Disliked: Not applicable as every aspect of the stay was amazing with no downsides at all.
