Liked: big room, good view, great location
Disliked: someone was going to call us when the room was ready. we went back at 3.30pm after not hearing from anyone and the room was ready. Room felt tired and worn and in need of a makeover.

Perfect for our one night...

Liked: Location was perfect. The bed was soft. Room service was quick and there were plenty of options to choose from. Facilities were great. Spa, gym, pool. Staff were super lovely!
Disliked: I didnt receive instructions at check in for use of key, use of facilities etc. Was just winging it. Didn't know about the bond payment at check in. Knowing this would of eased my mind on whether I was paying extra at check-out. I'm not hotel savvy, so just wasn't sure.
