A smooth and enjoyable stay...

Liked: Everything met my expectations during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Disliked: I would have had dinner and breakfast but was very surprised at buffet dinner price for what was offered.So did not have breakfast which I was looking forward to but could not justify that much money I know cost are high

Disliked: No ventilation in rooms couldn't open a window or door. To let some air in.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the locations was very quiet. Als the hotel was next to the Maori Village with the geothermal pools
Disliked: The hotel had its best time, some materials, like lamps,hade where damaged. Also the geothermal water around the hotel and the smell it brought with it didn't help having goog nights of sleep.

Disliked: we found the air conditioning very loud so had to trun off to sleep. Also the bedding was not warm enough. sheets cold.Warmer sheets for winter time would be nice.

Fantastic stay for a weekend

Liked: The staff are amazing. So friendly and welcoming, they made our stay
Disliked: The location is further from the main town than I realised. But there is a bus stop down the road, and you can buy a day pass on board for $7.
