Disliked: Room was not well clean - carpets and curtains dirty. Spiders everywhere in the room. Towels and bed sheets not changed during the 3 days stay.

Liked: breakfast was good spread.room was a bit claustrophobic - somehow pool - crowded - did not use
Disliked: there was no water source - garden tap - to be able to even clean the windscreen glass of the car.

Pleasant stay, but hotel needs...

Liked: Breakfast, location and activities for kids. This is a very family friendly hotel, great if you have young children there’s a train, jumping castle, merry go round, Ferris wheel and huge water play area. Breakfast buffet is excellent, lots of variety.
Disliked: Rooms are very dated. The swipe key to get in our room, we didn’t need it because the door just opened- which is not ideal as this is not secure. The bathroom door was broken and didn’t close. The TV stopped working so we needed to get a technician to come. Hotel rooms need a serious renovation, especially to keep up with other places in the Hunter such as Mercure at the Vintage.
