Liked: Like the location, rooms are lovely. Helpful staff. Accommodated all our needs with our travelling family.
Disliked: Was not advised that their cot did not come with a mattress.

Disappointed

Liked: The room was spacious and bed comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately it was advertised as having a bath, I booked the room based on this info only to find out the none of their rooms have baths any more.Also I dislike that the towel rails and hooks where situated right next to the toilet, kinda gross. I hung my towel in the clothes hanging space outside the bathroom

Superb

Liked: My only issue was the house keeper and standard of her service. We were asked if we wanted our room cleaned or we could save $10 with a credit voucher. We opted for the cleaning and on return found nothing has been wiped over or cleaned and the bed was pretty much pulled up and towels replaced. This was a fairly average room service for the hotel standard.
Disliked: More care with the daily room servicing.

Great spot, room and breakfast...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Only criticism, there was no fresh fruit.Location is great, central to everything and right on the water.
Disliked: There wasn't enough hot water for shower. Snacks were a bit expensive and breakfast should have been included in room price as it was quite expensive.

Liked: My wife has a physical disability so we enjopyed the extra space and the railings for the toilet.
Disliked: The drainiage in the shower was not adequate and became a safety concern. We were thankful of the extra towels that we asked for as they helped with the excess water.
