Lovely stay

Disliked: Waiting a long time for lifts and missing some due to no room. Appreciate there were lift upgrades though

Passable

Disliked: I never be charged for bottle of spring water in the hotel room. I think water and milk are basic. Its should be free.I understand those soft drinks and wines in mini bar will be charged but bottles of water? I paid $311 for one night. they charged me $11 extra for two bottles of water! Never come back here.

What a great location and...

Liked: Location, view from room, restaurant and bar, helpful staff
Disliked: Room decor was below par compared to foyer area. Room looked like it had been stripped of all ornamentations No wall pics, cushions, on arrival no bedside lamp in 2nd bedroom- reception got one for me as soon as I alerted them very prompt thankyou

Very dissappointed.

Liked: Good location. Great view.
Disliked: Pubic hairs on sheets. Cleaning cloth left on shelf. Towels were yellow old and rough.Waited 40 min for scrambled eggs x 2 for breakfast. Ended up getting a refund and leaving hungry. Lifts were slow and congested.
