Neat little hotel - convenient...

Liked: Location to RAC arena and Yagan Square as well His Majesty’s theatre
Disliked: No parking but you can use Raine Square (tight spaces) or His Majesty’s

Great location. Clean room, satisfactory

Liked: Spacious rooms. Clean. Affordable minibar, not overpriced.Breakfast - affordable. Would be great for maybe some oanacakes cooked to order for kid options and more fruit options. All fresh and tasty.
Disliked: Drain in the shower, meant the water went out into the bathroom.Elevators were so dusty, and becuse of the air conditioning, dust was blowing around everywhere. There was a bad smell in the foyer area of floor 12, however the room smelt clean. Parking issue with pre-parking before checking in. That’s hard when you don’t have support (single mum) or unfamiliar with the city. Should be able to park and validate ticket at hotel.

Liked: Pretty standard (market) Hotel room accommodation - all facilities in room good, lobby and staff good. appropriate security on lift and room entry.

Disappointing

Liked: Clean room and bathroom fairly new.Great location walking distance from perth city, trains/public transport,, bars anything you may need.
Disliked: 250 dollar deposit withheld at check inn because I don't own a credit card. Was not mentioned at booking stage.Dissapointing with any inconvenience at staff checking in became rude. Name was wrong on booking as first name came up twice and wouldn't accept check in till changed on my end. Stay elsewhere to be welcomed and accepted without inconvenience. Parking was also an issue as I had to park on another road and walk all my belongings through the rain to get there.
