Underwhelming

Liked: Location was good we didn't have breakfast as it looked terrible
Disliked: The service when checking in was poor and in the room half the lights didn't work

Liked: Free coffee for not getting room made up overnight was a nice touch
Disliked: Location was ok but would have preferred closer to St George’s terrace as the area ridges is in gets a bit of riff raff

Great Value. Very clean.

Liked: Location is fantastic for getting downtown CBD and transport hubs
Disliked: I don’t think there was necessarily anything wrong with the hotel. It’s great value for what it is.

Liked: Good location, helpful staff
Disliked: Third bed was not comfortable for an adult. Would have preferred to pay for another room if we had known how bad the springs in the sofa bed were. Missed having a restaurant at the hotel.
