Good

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable for the night.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing in the mini bar which was listed on a piece of paper handed to us on check in. I requested a cot which was accepted but was never in our room so I had to call for it.

Absolutely amazing and was very...

Liked: I loved the view from my room and how tidy it was kept while I was out exploring. The breakfast buffet was amazing for the cost and the staff were lovely to speak with.
Disliked: Nothing as my stay was nothing short of perfect

Cosy, clean room with good...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. The buffet was great. I would like to reference and applaud Sudarcha from the cafe - she was absolutely fantastic and very kind to myself and my family every morning. She works Tuesday to Saturday and makes an amazing coffee and hospitality!! Thank you Sudarcha for your kindness. Kind Regards Darren and family.
Disliked: My family and I were not impressed with Alex ( male concierge ) think he works in the afternoon’s. From our initial conversation with him to our last conversation was very poor. Alex should not be working in this particular role if he can’t provide a smile and common courtesy when being asked simple questions. It doesn’t cost anything to be polite and helpful. Kind regards Darren.

Indoor pool wasn’t heated (freezing)...

Liked: Room was nice
Disliked: The pool was cold! Was expecting heated pool. The jacuzzi was warm but the water was green and massive algae. The pool guy came but was too late to save.The indoor pool is not heated
