Very poor

Liked: Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Couldn't change aircon fan up or down, bed was terrible, bathroom was dirty, TV only local channels, no coffee in room, dust all over room, not cleaned to a high standard, breakfast was cold.

Liked: From the moment we arrived at the reception desk (Saturday 13th April), we were treated with excellent customer service by Liam. Our room wasn’t quite ready so we offered a free drink while we waited, which was a lovely gesture. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and quiet (considering this hotel is on a main road the double glazed windows worked well). Overall we were very happy with our stay.
Disliked: Only a small point but no undercover parking - from the car being in the sun or shelter from the rain when going to and from the car.
